From the beginning of its operation, our company has conscientiously implemented the assumptions of a socially responsible business, being aware that only such an attitude will allow to gain and maintain the trust of customers, employees and the local community. For almost 40 years of existence, many investments have been implemented that have contributed to increasing work safety in the plant, and to a large extent reduced its impact on the surrounding nature.
The most important of the introduced changes was the automation and air-tight sealing of production lines, which, on the one hand, improved the comfort of work, and, on the other hand, significantly reduced the amount of hydrocarbons and dust emitted into the atmosphere and limited contact of employees with chemical substances.
The environmental policy operating in the company obliges all employees to care for the environment as part of their daily duties. We implement its assumptions by saving water, energy and proper waste management.
Our company has been involved in the life of the local community for many years, supporting various initiatives, mainly of a charitable nature. We provide financial support to foundations for helping children, schools, social welfare homes, orphanages and animal shelters in our voivodeship.
We also try to promote our region through sport. For many years we have been a strategic sponsor of one of the most talented baseball teams in our country - Dęba Osielsko, and we are currently helping the local youth soccer team to achieve the intended goals. Our plant also offers the possibility of employing people with disabilities by adapting workplaces to their needs.

In our daily activities, we pay a lot of attention to lifting quality of products and services, environmental protection and work safety. This is evidenced by the quality and environmental management systems implemented since 1999 and maintained to this day, as well as the declared and implemented policies in the field of quality, environment and work safety.
In order to meet the expectations of our customers, we design products characterized by repeatable, highest possible quality standards. We control each stage of the process with great care production, from the selection of raw materials, through constant control of technical parameters, to the stage of packaging and storage.
Our company has defined work standards by internal procedures. In this way, we provide, among others professional customer service, full traceability of products and timely deliveries.
As part of the improvement of systems, each year we implement several new investments and organizational improvements aimed at increasing work standards and product quality and reducing the impact of our activities on the environment.
The obtained certificates confirm our knowledge and experience in the field of quality and environmental management, and also provide evidence of functioning on the basis of standards PN-EN ISO 9001: 2015 and PN-EN ISO 14001: 2015 . They are important to us, although in fact the highest value is the trust of our customers.

HISTORY
The company Hirsch-Pol was established in 1981, in Osielsk near Bydgoszcz, as a small production plant employing several people.
Initially, its activity focused mainly on the production of ecological water-based paints for the local market. The innovative approach, knowledge and experience of employees meant that the range of products began to gradually expand with solvent-based paints, putties, waterproofing compounds, insulation systems and others. A few years later, the company was known not only in the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship, but throughout the country due to its three main brands: Aplause, Ekoral and Superprofi.
Soon, Pablo and Family Art educational sets were added to our offer. We started to produce them for those who want to develop artistic skills and stimulate creativity, while having a good time. The sets include the utensils necessary to make gel stained glass, plaster cast figurines, decorative candles and other decorations, as well as interesting ideas and tips.
Currently, we are a modern, prosperous industrial plant, supplying both European and European products with our products and Asian consumers. What distinguishes us from other manufacturers of decorative and DIY products for the construction industry is the significant share of Private Label in our offer. We provide our clients with a full range of services in this area, ranging from product design, through specialized research, graphic preparation of labels, ending with the production and delivery of goods to stores. Thanks to automated production lines, qualified staff and high-quality control and measurement equipment, we are able to implement large
